Rockers,

It’s so fun to sit down and breathe.  We spend our lives running around doing so many things that we don’t even remember doing them. At least, that’s my experience. When I sit and breathe into the pulse of the universe, I am connected and I feel free. It is then and only then that I write meaningful lyrics and songs. When I feel free, I realize that I can be completely un-attached to the chaos and things that go on around me. Also, I am always at choice. Yay!
